Orders and Payments

Currency

• The currency displayed for our prices depends on your location.
• Our default currency is Canadian dollars however, for some countries, prices are displayed in your local currency.
• If prices are displayed in your local currency, your purchase (and returns, if applicable) will also be processed in your local currency, based on current exchange rates at the time of the transaction.

Payments Accepted

• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac and Paypal. In addition, you can split your payments up and pay over time using Sezzle.
• When you reach the checkout you will be presented with all of your options for payment.

International Orders

We are based in Vancouver, Canada and have many customers that make their purchases with us from other countries. Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification when your order is on its way.

Customs

Please note: Once your order reaches your destination country, it may be subject to customs import fees or duties. These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled by RunAsYouAre (formerly Vancouver Running Co.).

Sale Items

Sale items, including items purchased with a promotional code are non-refundable.

Promotional Codes

• Promotional codes can only be applied during initial checkout and cannot be applied after a transaction has been processed.
• No price adjustments can be made for discount codes.
• All merchandise sold using a promotional code is final sale.

Footwear Sizing
